The concept of this musical adventure was to “just play”. Feeding off each other’s energy, “In Your Face” is creative and “live”, departing from “sanitized” “over-produced” music. It features torchy ballads, nasty solos and spontaneous arrangements. The long intros and extended endings afford the musicians improvisational space, thus the camaraderie of three musicians thinking as “one” gives a fresh slant to familiar standards, R&B, and pop tunes. Get ready for “Chinese Driver”!
